Response times
We aim to answer within two working days. Reports of a factual error take priority: if a figure on the site is demonstrably wrong, we would rather correct it the same day than schedule it. Requests concerning personal data are handled within the statutory deadlines set out in our privacy policy.
Reporting an error — how to speed things up
- Send the link to the specific page, not just the name of the article.
- Quote the sentence or the table row you are questioning.
- Say what the correct value is — the minimum deposit, the licence number, the withdrawal time.
- Add a source if you have one: a screenshot from the operator, a link to its terms, an entry in a register. With a source we can correct the page in hours; without one we have to verify from scratch.
What we cannot help with
